Application

Column：EzFast 5ml IgM-HP x2 
Sample：Mice ascites(contain igG antibody) centrifuge12000rpm  20min，collect supernatent，filtrate with 0.45μm membrane，add（NH₄）₂SO4 to reach a final concentration of 0.8mol/L（NH₄）₂SO₄，adjust pH for sampling
Binding Buffer：0.8M（NH₄）₂SO₄ 20mM PB，pH 7.5
Elution Buffer：20mM PB， pH 7.5
Flow Rate：1ml/min
