The serie of matrix is made of 6% agrose whose average particle diameter is 34μm . There are two types of ligands including Q/SP, which are strong anion exchange medium and strong cation medium respectively. Because of stable physical and chemical properties, it can be used for purification of protein, polypeptide, and meet requirements of both high production and resolution . Commonly used in moderate protein purification and product refinement stage.
